总不能看到妈妈带孩子的都不给租吧

有名字的。
上周还看到地方报纸上，一个单亲妈妈带2孩子求租房子的。。。。

有好多好心人愿意帮这个可怜的房东维修GIB和油漆了，可怜啊，就算是修了，也要损失这修复期间没有出租房子的收入，还有这样暴力倾向的女人，孩子跟着她也很可怕

这个一定要买出租房的基本保险，外加恶意破坏和拖欠房租险，保费自然比自住房贵。

sometimes, they ask other people to apply...... cos no one want to rent to them..

just watch up, if you see people renting in your house changing...........is not gd sign !!!

i saw a neighbour house, a couple moved in, for one week, then change to a young couple..... within a few day, police came, fighting on the street for domestic violence.......

yes, theoriticall you are right......

But, with this insurance payment, you are actually subsidying govt to help this kind of scum bags.
return will be 2%........ you might well run a charitable housing for them.

my policy is : don't rent to this kind of people. this group of people like to go through agent, cos agent will let them in, but not private owner.

普通rental保费贵一点吧，不是太多，垫底费一样，自己选。
Loss rental的保费贵不少。

问过AMI了，恶意损坏保险最高只有3000. 保费会贵50/年。但是赔付的时候是要付垫底费的。

也就是说，如果你垫底费是1000的话，那么最多只能得到2000的赔款。

象LZ故事里的那个房东超过1万的损失，最后还是要自己付

With this kind of damage to every walls , carpets , kitchen and rubbish been left on the property, i don't think 10k is enough to repair the damage.

This kind of behaviour is worse than animals.
