When you got selected for attend the assessment day.
HR should send you infor regarding type and format of the tests.
Something like:
Math and patterns--- easy for Chinese if you can understand what they ask. Limited time so no chance for recheck your answers.
Logical and reading--just common sense questions
Psychological test-- long and painful, you can not hide so just be honest and be yourself.
Group discussion, make youself stand out from the group, but you don't have to be the loudest one.
If you pass~ then welcome to the panel interview, 3 people will ask you questions. DO prepare for the "competency based questions" with your own examples.
Then... you become a "cohort", enjoy the training for the next few mths, just like honey moon, but you will stuck in the AKL airport stamping passport for the next 18 mths doing shift work.
