你好，SMC申请被拒
ITA后CO decline我的申请，原因是： your current employment does not meet the instruction SM7.10；但是co也提到：we have accepted your comments in regards to your position requiring specialist, technical or mangement expertise, we are satified that your qualification has enabled you to hold your position and hasn enabled yo to meet the skill level for the main occupation claimed"
我用science technician申请的，ANZSCO里面对于science technician 的descrition： perform tests and experiments, and provide technical support to assist with reaearch, design, production and teching in chemistry, earth science, life science, and physical science"， 具体有9个关于工作的task。
CO认为： you do provide technical support to assist with reaearch but we do not satified that you perform tests and experiments;  还有就是co认为我的工作只完成ANZSCO里面的4点，不是全部。
请问 skilled的工作就一定要符合所有ANZSCO的东西？
现在除掉我的工作分60分，co算出我只有110分，认为不符合任何selection critiea。但是我自己算的不加工作的60f分是125分，，现在很迷惑到底怎么算的分数？ 我认为是年龄30+ 学历60+短缺10+工作经验25，难道我算错了？请问现在学历是怎么算，不是本科50+新西兰2年学历有10分bonus吗？

我有同事就是用和我一样science tech申请的，都批了， 不明白为什么我的会不行，我的解释信比我的同事的写的还详细。
在上诉之前还有机会可以争取reconsideration吗？
