明天准备参加一个拍卖，在中介的Auciton Booket里提到了以下两点。我看不太明白，觉得这两点互相矛盾。请大家帮我看看。谢谢

[size=14.857142448425293px]到底拍卖的时候，拍卖师什么时候说[size=14.857142448425293px]“on the market”？我是否可以一直等到拍卖师说了这个以后再出我的第一个bid么？

1.Will the Auctioneer announce when thereserve price is reached?

No,the reserve price is confidential and will not be disclosed.

2 Will the Auctioneer announce when aproperty is on the market?

As outlined in the REINZ code of practicethe Auctioneer will clearly announce if the property

is “onthe market” or “going to be sold”.

是的，会说“on the market”，“we are selling” 之类的话。你当然可以等到那个时候再举手。

小老鼠说的对，其实可以猜的，你仔细听拍卖师什么时候说现在on the market”，“we are selling时的这个价格就是Vendor的 Reserve 价

拍卖要理智，一时冲动价格就上去了。给个链接看看

只是拍卖时拍卖师不会明确说出Reserve 价是多少，当拍卖时达到或者高于这个价时才会说On the market..所以拍不到reserve价自然不知道是多少了。。
