same feeling.
last time at auction, they do the same thing to me. They use a rubber reserve price, meaning to say there is indefinate reserve, and negotiate with you when everyone stop, then they talk you up for 50k more...
I felt cheated when i came home.
but, 6 months later, i felt okay.
I kind of figure out who are the sharks now in the market... Some of their houses, you just don't buy and don't bother to see. |
