more than that $ 3000 plus for advertisements/ marketing.
eg property press is about $500 per issue for 3 issues is costing $1500.
i donno if at the end is worth it or not, as i went through the process before.
May be Trade me can easily do the job.
A friend recently used Bf agent, she said to agent " i want to get min $700k net from the sales, if not I won't sell"
Agent willing to pay for her advert /marketing fees etc, and the property went for auction and pass -in as it failed to reach 720k ( $20k is for agent commission). As the property was about to take off from market, it was sold at this price.
Set price target for agent, not reaching the target, don't sell and at Zero (0) marketing costs. |
