beach haven听说小学是3分得，不过bayview的小学是7分的，外面一点的manuka school也有6分，跟glenfield的小学是一样的。好像sunnynook的小学也是7分

yes, i have a friend and his child goes to bayview primary, is a gd school. heard secondary schools in those areas not so good.

they moved to albany when the kid is in secondary school... but house prices is high already.

所以bayview比较适合第一次买房的年轻couple，6分7分的小学倒是还可以接受，像beach haven 3分实在是太少了
