Bruce Rd - full site / westlakes zone
2011 - this area is late $400k
2012 - march - this area is mid $500k
2012 - november - this area is mid $600.
next yr 2013 - this area will be early $700s ( if forresthill full site is push to early-mid $800k /
nile road / corruna rd/ margaret rd / gordon rd milford are push to late $800s to $900s) - all fullsite / flat/ weatherboad / brick / tile houses
i agreed 67 bruce is a average house (being a rental) and not worth to subdivide and at the back is industrial site, $666k is about the price of sunnynook's. The only different is this area is within walking distance to westlake girls. Primary school and intermediate schools are average though - marlboro primary and glenfield intermediate. |
