但是你要有思想准备，转换的时候可能会有衔接不上的状态，你要天天上网查看你2边的账号。

Thank you for your reply.

If your connection is transferred over to Telecom on 01/10/2012, then we will close your account on the same day. So there will not be any charges for Oct. 2012. However, if there is a delay in transferring the services to Telecom after 01/10/2012, then there will be a charge on the pro rata basis for the days of Oct. 2012 till when your connection is transferred over.

As for September, yes, there will be the normal monthly charge of $ 100.

It would really be much helpful if you could contact us back as soon as Telecom confirms that your connection is transferred over to them, so that we can close your account immediately. This would avoid any further delays in the closure of your account.

you'd better pass this information to telecom and make sure they withdraw your account that day. then if anything happen because of telecom's delay, they are the one to pay it. Not you. :-)

这月初转的, 洋人小妹妹, 叫Kay, 很友善, 他们call centre 在基督城.plan是她主动给我说的. 呵呵,关键是看你口语了.我还顺便要了她的电话.回头去基督城的时候见一下.嘿嘿嘿~~~~
