i think its just coz yesterday i got up early coz my hubby had to take his full licence test, coz we live so far out, it was impossible for him to come back and pick me up. so we were up early, then i didn't take my afternoon nap~ coz i was anxious to spend time with dad. i think its just one of those days.

i'm feeling so much better today! i tidied the house, watched a movie, and ate a fair bit too~

try egg's preggie pops. they're a wee bit expensive, but they're really handy if you feel nausea but not vomiting. also try flat lemonade~

My house is soooo messy now, as i have no energy at all.
Whatever I ate, it will be out pretty soon in the toilet...

I am trying KFC tonight.....
and I will try the Eggs preggie pops, I took the medicine from the doctor but it is not working.

KFC?! dont eat that!! its really not good for you.

try not to eat rice. i find it makes me feel 胃酸. i loved potatoes in all forms, they're starchy and keeps you full. so i ate (a lot) of hot chips lol and mashed potato.

i should really make you some 豆包soon lol. can you drive? are you on maxolon? i found it worked for me. it didn't stop me throwing up, but it made me a lot less queasy when i'm not throwing up

I know KFC is not good for me, but i really have no appetite.
I did not eat anything healthy for the past 2 weeks...
I did want to follow a healthy diet, but i really can't keep the food down.
I didn't eat rice...I didn't eat much....

I can drive, but i don't trust my driving skill recently....
If you make some food, i can pick it up with my husband during the weekend.

this weekend i'm going back to beachlands i'm coming back on sunday. if i do make 豆包 over the weekends i'll let you know. actually i'll probably text and make sure you do want to eat!

my cravings changed so fast!! like if i dont get it within an hour i lose appetite

the first trimester dont worry so much about eating healthy. baby's placenta isn't fully developed so they wont be feeding off your nutrients. just keep your supplements up, and eat what you can. however, do try and stay away from chemicals and flavourings and those types of stuff.

from the 2nd trimester you'll have to try be healthy, coz baby's starting to absorb what you eat.

I know, but I am still in my 1st trimester!!
Everday, I count another day pass, 1 day closer to 2nd trimester.
I am going back to taiwan next sunday (10th), so hopefully I can find something to eat......but I am sure it is not healthy too...

i ate kfc in my first trimester too....but i went for the grilled wings rather than the fried ones, and ate lots of chips and potato and gravy.

i'm counting the days too. its so slow! i'm only 1/3 of the way there.... if you're like me though, 2nd trimester is only a little better. i'm not throwing up as much, less queasy. actually i currently i feel like what i did when i was in my 1st trimester when i was on maxolon. except my tummy's bigger, i'm getting heavier, and very sore back.... i can't sit around a lot coz all my tummy gets cramped together and it makes me feel sick. so either i lie down or i stand up. i'm still not eating a great deal. way less than i did before i was pregnant. i'm not losing any more weight but i'm not gaining anything either! i used to binge constantly on little bits of food from the fridge. now i dont have much of an appetite at all. i'm much more cheerful than my 1st trimester though. a lot more optimistic. i had such a rough early pregnancy blue period. i was like crying myself to bed each night, and going hysterical over the tiniest things. i think i was almost depressed, nothing cheered me up at all.

taiwan's got lots of nice 小吃 i've always wanted to go and pig out haha. unfortunately everywhere i go for the next....20 years...i'll have my little 拖油瓶 lol. damn it!

You can buy contents insurance, it covers all your personal belongs any where in NZ.

Sorry, I was having my KFC just now.  When i have my first baby it was a lot easier, no vomiting at all.  But this time it was totally different.  
...and yes i have to take my kid wherever i go, nappy + bottles+ milk powder + pram + extra clothes......

And glad to know you are happy now, you have cute dog and cat and soon a cute little baby!!

oh so it's not your first baby? somehow i was under the impression it was your first...

i keep telling my hubby. if the baby looks like me he'll be a handsome little lad. i'm round faced, big eyed, fairly tall and stout. he won't be super hot but he'll be a nicely built boy. however if he's like my hubby...he'll be short, skinny, dark with small eyes hehe......

and if it turns out to be a girl looking like my hubby..... haha...my mum tells me it's ok we can afford cosmetic surgery :P
