So it sounds fair to you that you could be  stripped by the employer even it's not allowed by the law????????

My friend is trying to play the game under the clear rule. And the point is that the other party does not strictly comply with the term of the contract in some tricky way.   We are trying to figure out a way to have everything back a normal and fair track.

Obviously, people need to step out and fight at some stage.
