In general, NO. Because you will need to meet certain criteria from four areas . Have a look at CA competancies at NZICA website.

However, with your employer's support, you might be offered opportunites to work in other areas in your company so CA Specified working exp can be completed.

My personal opinion is, Temp job is easier to apply comparing to permanent job. If you are assigned with certain agency, and the agency is a legitimate, they normally need staff constantly. Specially if you are competent, the more work you do, the higher profit the agency gets. They will try to arrange as many high pay work as possible.

Need to mention that temp job normally need employee to have similar exp and be hand-on, able to start working straight away with minimum training.

You know what, our company offers a temp position to a lady to TRY for the next week, as it's really a pain for employer to hire an incapable person. If everything goes well, the temp position will be permanent. I believe it becomes popular nowadays.
