Has your baby's eczema gone without intakes of the foods he/she is allergic to?

My baby eczema started week 3 then I found out by myself that she's allergic to dairy n eggs and my gp refuse to send bb for test too. I was breast feeding. I stopped all food contains dairy including biscuits cheese ect , then her skin became so clear n nice but still a bit dry. I stopped breast feeding due to some reason and started her on formula from 5 months old, since then her eczema comes back again.  I know it's the formula she's taking bcoz it's karicare stage 2 formula. I tried soy milk and special formula neocate, both doesn't work for my baba. She's allergic to soy too. And she vomited after taking neocate. So I hv to choice but stick to karicare coz milk is still important at their age at least until age one. But her eczema is controllable not very serious although not very good looking sometimes as she gets dry skin around her eyes n mouth.
My conclusion is feed breast milk as long as you can. As mother you just stop eating whatever food yr bb is allergic to. Try by stopping all Dari for few days or a week then see if yr bb skin gets better then u try eating one type of dairy n see if bb gets any rashes. It's a long process but it's worth testing it out on your own.

Shoulder chest n legs. Once I took her pants n top off then she starts scratching but if I apply some steroid cream then she scratch less. She can still sleep over night. N I apply moisturizer for her every time I change her nappy.
I think the hair test is pretty accurate. At least those food that I suspected all came out in the report.

Hows your baby now on baby formula? except using the cream and moisturizer, do you still need dr's prescription ocationally to control her skin reaction? I am planning to feed formula soon but very worried.

I use gp prescript 0.5% steroid cream once to twice a week to prevent her from over scratching.
My bb eczema got worse even since stop breast feeding n started on formula. I plan to stop formula from age one.
Actually best is still breast milk but if u really want to use formula try those hypoallergenic milk formula, those might be better or you can ask specialist to prescript neonate.

Yes but doesn't work at all, bath n even used the Jin yin hua water to wipe her face three times a day still no improvement. She will be ten months old in few days time. I'm thinking to change her to rice milk with is not very nutritiious n I have to increase her daily meat intake for protein.
I'm also thinking to ask gp to refer us to the nutritionist.

people say once the baby is over age one, eczema will be gone by itself. Hope your baby will be fine soon. I am waiting for the allergy report from the test. Last night i ate some beef feels like he has reaction to it.
