洋人找工作就是简单

我以前的manager，2个礼拜前被Redundant 掉。今天打电话来说已经找到工作了，真简单啊，到底到了那个级别，认识的人也多，而且又是本地的，关系网也大。我们华人就没那么简单了。

所以这就是为什么每次公司要裁人，那些洋人都很高兴，因为可以拿一大笔Redundant fee，而且马上还能换个类似的工作，换作我们这些华人小巴啦子就要愁眉苦脸了。

没办法啊，在别人国家，感叹啊

The connection is for you to build , you can use Linkedin and actively connect people.I got my current job from a message of my previous manager in Linkedin.No CV , no interview , just a phone call then I got my current job.
As long as you perform well  and got the skills they need and remember to update your linkedin profile and add all your connections in linkedin you got that connection too.

It is your responsibility to build your career connection and it is not hard.I sounds like linkedin sales guy again.

Lol , I am in the Project Management Area(is  Onehunga the head office) working some fun SP stuff.I only work on-site @ CHH , I am working for Intergen..

Not really , I am not really hard-out developer any more , more of drag+drop SharePoint dev.

洋人语言和经验也是一个最重要的方面阿！
我发现不只是洋人，我看那些在这里出生的香港人，台湾人，还有印度人，都很容易找工作的。
语言还是一个大问题

True, kiwi is easier to find jobs since this is their countries.  But as long as you have fluent English ability, finding a job is still not that difficult.  A lot of kiwi still work under asian management in kiwi companies (companies we all heard of).  They look for their skills set not nationalities.  People I know charged by hour and still very much in demand.
