收到信，要求解释为什么在公司都是老板负责订货，付人工等所有有关钱的事情，本人是retail shop manager申请的。说我做的事情都要经过老板同意，大部分是钱的问题，我觉得很奇怪，钱的事情我当然不能做主，不知道他怎么这么问，


1. Your employer in charge of staff wages, paying invoices and suppliers, and you confirmed that your employer has control over the business finance.
2.You are not involved with dealing with the local city council
3. you confirmed to our VO that your employer usually meet with the sales representatives that come into the shop and you only meet with then if your employer is not avaiable
4.you are able to make recommendations about purchasing new products however the decisions about buying new stock have to be authorised by your employer

you do not appear to 'control the operations' of the establishment given the fact that your employer has an active role in the business particularly in controlling the finance of the business and authorising the purchase of products

本来就是啊~根据MANAGER的POSITION申请PR的话~如果你对OPERATION没CONTROL的话~怎么叫MANAGER呢~如果你要拿这个POSITION申请PR就必须要SHOW给CO看你对店的CONTROL~否则和普通STAFF不就是一样了咩
