What an example of "grey" area!
LZ who drew this diagram must be a real attention to detail guy, so in this instance i assume there is no "CLEAR WAY" marked at the "T junction" area.
The green vehicle coming out from the drive way should be legal because the two cars occupying both lanes GAVE WAY to the green vehicle while they were waiting for the traffic light.
The red motorist however, rushed through traffics by dangerously travelling in between cars. This was the cause of the accident.
By convention, it's "probably" safe to assume that it's okay for the Green vehicle to drive out when both in-lane vehicles were stationary and were giving way.
So who's fault is it if it wasn't the motorist's? |
