Sale and Purchase of Motor Vehicle (in Duplicate)

Parties:

A. (Insert full name) (Seller)
B. (Insert full name) (Purchaser)

Background:

1. The Seller sells to the Purchaser the Motor Vehicle (Motor Vehicle) listed in the Schedule (Schedule).
2. The Purchaser has agreed to purchase the vehicle for the purchase price of $_________ (Purchase Price) and under the conditions listed below.

Conditions:

1. The Motor Vehicle is purchased on an ?as is where is? basis. The Seller confirms of no known issues with the vehicle other than those listed below.
2. The Seller confirms that the Motor Vehicle is held freehold and free from all encumbrances.
3. Ownership, possession and risk of the Motor Vehicle passes on delivery by the Seller of all known keys (set(s)) and alarm remote controls (set(s)) to the Purchaser and the concurrent payment by the Purchaser via Cash/Cheque/Bank Transfer for the full Purchase Price to the Seller. The Seller acknowledges the receipt of full and final payment of the Purchase Price from the Purchaser.
4. The Seller warrants that there are no other keys or remotes for the vehicle other than those given to the Purchaser.
