请问大家有没有关于在四大面世的经历?能分享一下吗?听说有四部分考试,是这样吗???会很难吗?如果参加那个gradaute programme是不是就会简单一点呢???期待大家的回答。。。

简单谈下四大gradaute programme

Ernst&Young
1.简历筛选-都是在线填写个人信息资料,如果上学期间成绩优异,有过大公司实习兼职经历的,会优先考虑.(个人认  为此阶段有一定的运气成分,HR每天处理太多求职简历,很多不错的同学有可能漏掉)
2.笔试-采用常规英文测试,包括写一封信啊,图表作文啊,四选一等,出题形式不定,每年招聘的不同场次都有可能采用不同的题目。
3.Group Discussion-这一环节会给一个题目,然后小组成员(通常6人一组)各抒己见,经理或高级经理在一旁观察。
4.经理面试-小组讨论后,经理会一对一的与小组成员进行面试,面试内容根据经理个人性格了,大多数经理会对上学期间的兼职和实习感兴趣,基本不涉及专业知识。
5.合伙人面试,进入到这一关基本十有八九成功了,只要不是着装打扮行为怪异,基本1周内会收到offer!

上述步骤,3-4步骤是关键,有很大的运气成分,穿着一定要得体,表现一定要温和,小组讨论切勿激进焦躁(这与应聘咨询和投资行业是有明显区别的)

KPMG
1.简历筛选-都是在线填写个人信息资料,有一定的运气成分,
2.笔试 由SHL的verbal&numerical 2部分组成:
其中verbal 为雅思的经典题型:True False Cann't say,大约20分钟需要完成11段阅读,每段阅读4题左右。(除了英文极强的同学外,按时完成此部分非常困难,个人建议多多进行练习,特别对only,all,almost等关键词要非常敏感)
numerical 为结合图表的数学运算
提示一下:很多公司毕业生招聘均采用SHL的题型,平时注意多多练习。
3.Group Discussion
4.经理面试
5.合伙人面试

3--5步骤与Ernsy&Young基本一致

好详细啊,谢谢提供的信息。想问下新西兰也是这样吗?看网上说好像有30道选择题关于数学的,反正不简单。是这样吗?

只有这边的KPMG经历,根据图表的选择题,多少道记不住了,不难,就是SHL numerical 的题型.
主要是速度,找找练习题做做,没有问题

For anyone who would like to get into a large orgnisation, know how to survive
Psychometric Test is a must.Since English is not my first language ,I find very hard for the verbal reasoning questions(find the synonyms or Antonym).The math questions are very very easy so I do not list it here.The logic questions are very interestring. Maybe it is useful for someone.

  其一是职业能力倾向测试,它能够测试出一个人的性格,面对压力和挑战的承受能力和其他一系列职业特征品质。在面试中它虽然只是作为参考因素,但往往在最后时刻对于你最终的去留有决定性的影响。例如,当被问及“谁一直对你的职业生涯有重要影响”时,正是试图了解你的求职动机、工作经验和能力特长,同时考察你的思维连贯性、语言表达力等等。

  第二是逻辑类题型和智力类题型。这类题目多在笔试时出现,内容多种多样,如脑筋急转弯、趣味数学等等,题目主要是考察你的思维能力,有时候根本没有一个固定的答案,关键是你在回答中体现出来的思路。从这点来说,解答的过程更加重要。

  例如:一个正三角形的每个角上各有一只蚂蚁。每只蚂蚁开始朝另一只蚂蚁做直线运动,目标角是随机选择。蚂蚁互不相撞的概率是多少?答案可以是:只有两种方法可以让蚂蚁避免相撞:或者它们全部顺时针运动,或者它们全部逆时针运动。选择一只蚂蚁,一旦它确定了自己是逆时针或者是顺时针运动,其他的蚂蚁就必须做相同方向的运动才能避免相撞。由于蚂蚁运动的方向是随机选择的,那么第二只蚂蚁有 1/2的概率选择与第一只蚂蚁相同的运动方向。第三只蚂蚁也有1/2的概率。因此,蚂蚁避免撞到一起的概率是1/4。

  第三则是小组面试。在这个过程中,面试者会被分为几个小组,互相交流介绍或讨论“案例”。这一部分通常包括阅读材料,讨论问题和解释问题。讨论以及解释问题时可以使用中文或英文。最后可以几个人各自分工全部上场,每人回答问题的一个部分,或者从小组中指派一到两名作为代表上场解释问题。通过小组面试,能够考察出应聘者的交流、合作能力和展现自我实力的能力。事实上,中间互相交流的部分和最后展示的部分同样重要。
