上周踢球时膝盖二次扭伤(第一次是两周前), 现在腿不能伸直和弯曲, 想找家回看骨头中医诊所, 谢谢!!

膝盖伤了不容易好.那里血液循环少.最好还是理疗.不过等的时间太长.严重的得做核磁共振.先看中医再说吧.

跟我的膝盖一样。。。我去PHIZIO去按摩，8周一个疗程，按了3个疗程都没好，后来被放在SPECIAL LIST上。做了核磁共振后，发现是半月板问题。LZ你不能伸直很弯曲应该也是这问题。我后来在这边做了手术，半月板切除了一半，换了根人造十字韧带。ACC COVER的。。。但是也好不彻底。
