车趴在车位的时候，让隔壁HOUSE的车主出车的时候刮伤了。
刮的时候我不在，也没有证人，但事后质问他，他让我拿去车厂出两份报告，报告出来了，问他拿去修，他开始耍赖推迟。请问有什么正当方法可以让他付款吗?

Disputes Tribunal fees and charges

There is a fee to take a claim to the Disputes Tribunal. But as no lawyers are involved you will avoid a lawyer’s bill, unless you choose to seek legal advice before the hearing. Lawyers cannot attend a hearing with you or appear on your behalf.
You need to pay the following fee to the Tribunal when you lodge your claim.
If the total amount sought under the claim is less than $1,000          $30.67
If the total amount sought under the claim is $1,000 or more but less than $5,000         $51.11
If the total amount sought under the claim is $5,000 or more         $102.22
