一直担心新西兰超市里的三文鱼到底能不能生吃,,据说三文鱼打上来必须冷冻半小时以上才能把寄生虫杀死..但是从来不知道超市里的到底有没有冻过,实在郁闷了,给foodtown 和pak'n save 的manager各发了一封信,,前几天回信来了,说他们居然也从来没考虑过这个问题,说过两天给我答复,,今天答复终于到了,全文如下:

In regards to your Samon Fillet query. We have been advised by our Category Manager that as long as the product is Fresh it can be used for raw fish.
Salmon does not need to be frozen.

我理解这封邮件的意思是说他们没冻过,但是是可以生吃的,,,
大家觉得这封邮件的话可信吗?? 我怎么还是觉得没冻过的吃起来危危险险的呢???
