看了图片，像你这样的房子一定要装FANCE 滴，最起码安全第一

Guess your land is used everyday for her reversing so she does not like the fence idea at all. If you checked with lawyer for the exact boundary as well as shared driveway or not, you should be comfortable building a fence. Last you can do is to get a surveryer.
