You don't have to purchase the run with most courier companies but you do need to go through the recruitment process to be selected as a contractor. There are Hub-n-spoke couriers like Courier Post, NZ Couriers, Post Haste Couriers etc. Earnings on different runs vary a lot. Understandably you will have to wait in the queue for the more profitable runs to become available. There are P2P couriers as well like SUB60, Deadline, Urgent etc. New contractors will inistially on retainers but later on will be paid on the jobs. Depending what you want to do, all these couriers have pros and cons. Good communication skills are essential to operate a successful run. Driver pays range from a couple of thousand up to over 10k a month.

很简单，给每个公司打电话发简历，然后等面试通知，然后排队。运气好的话很快就能开工，当然前提是有符合公司规定的车子（颜色，年份等），有驾照及货运证，有DG证就更好了，但不是必须的，可以以后考。
