i think ppl from "Jiangna" area usually grow up with these caryfish, i remember every summer we used to "fishing" these crayfish. tasty and fun.... but gotta nothing to do with JAPS ..... it originated from United states, its called luesiana crayfish..... http://baike.baidu.com/view/49331.htm
