请高人说一下L3的地怎么分割？有什么相关规定。谢谢
看到一块600多平的。。。。不知道可不可以分成两块盖两个独立公寓，怎么分。。。。。

你问的这个问题太大了！

首先你要看是那个区，然后你去那个区的city council的网站，会有个zone map，然后把你的地址输入就可以看到你的那快地属于什么区，每个区都有不同的规定。所有的这些资料你完全可以在city council的网站上查到的。完全没有必要来这里发帖子问。因为那里的准确率比这里东一榔头西一锤子的答案准确很多。。。

要投资弄钱，就多做些功课。

Not necessarily, not every Council has a website that provide this full details, and for a layperson, it may be difficult for them to start searching and understand.

Better to go to council and talk to a planner, which is easy and direct about a site's potential for further development.

Btw, LZ still hasn't told us where did he see this "L3" zone actually from or at least, which city council boundary is this site located within???
