c'mon guys! Please think with your brain.
If immigration says, a property you owned in NZ will be really helpful for your immgration porfolio, what will be the consequence? What will happen to the property market?
Please go through and read carefully about the policies that immigration sends to you, and understand what does the sentence "emotional or physical tie to New Zealand" mean.
It's of course not an essence since it is unfair to those who can and cannot affort a property in NZ. But it is definitely helpful to prove that at least you have "much less possibility" to leave NZ after you obtain PR!
By the way, it won't take your CO a much longer time since it is simply just a title check only.
