关于买车过户

大家好~麻烦问一下大家~
前段时间我买了辆车~
是在网上change 的 ownership~
然后land transport NZ 寄来了一个东西~
是Certificate of Registration~
上面写的Owner 是我~
但是有个地方写了
If your vehicle remains unlicensed for over one yr, the Registrar may automatically cancel the registration
还有个地方写着
This certificate shows that ownership has been transferred into your name and does not constitute legal ownership.
这种情况下我还需要做什么吗~
