Beginners
• Those without dancing or samba experience
• Those who haven't danced for a while and wish to refresh their skills
• Those who have completed a beginners’ course and would like more practice before moving on to Intermediate classes and/or performing

What:
8 week introduction to Brazilian music and rhythm. Learn various Brazilian moves, gain confidence in grooving to Brazilian beats as well as a few Brazilian dance styles; the Samba step, Samba reggae and Axé choreography.

When:
Tuesday 6 – 7pm
28 July - 15 September (8 weeks)

Where:
Tarrant Dance Studios - 125 Cuba St, Level 1, Wellington

Cost:
Students with ID - $10 Casual Class

Full price:
$96 Course Fee ($12 per class)
$15 Casual class

I am going with this Tuesday class, any gals interested as well? Had Salsa class with this instructor, she is very good. Should be lots of fun!

Just normal sports clothes will be fine. Comfortable footware and clothes, bottle of water.

It is for beginner. It won't be too difficult to learn. And if you can be there around 5:45pm Tuesday tomorrow, I am sure there will be places. Thanks

It is beginner class so will be the basic steps. Samba is a SOLO dance so you dont need to bring a partner along, but if you want to, you are free to do so.

No high heels unless u are a pro of samba.
