this is more like "unauthorised break in"
"illegal log in / break in" where a person is no longer authorised to to do so.
It is similar to go into an office to take something where you still have the access card but no longer authorised to do so.
This can be serious "misconduct" in your profession and reflect your character to hold your license.
Also, this is a small circle, you motive also called into question, why wait for so many years before raising your holidays pay grievances......... you will need your ex-employer one day, better to part happily even if you are disadvantaged. People will remember the last impression.
