我的两年工签要到期了，我要去续，因为工作的offer就是permenant role，现在要去续的话要拿original contract和offer还是要公司重新再开一个什么东西吗？？我去移民局拿了并看了一下那个工签申请表格，说是续工签的话essential skills work policy has replaced General work policy,这个对我的续工签有什么影响吗？他们一定会去做labour market check 吗？因为我现在的工作不是skilled的，就是普通的Admin.
How does actually "Labour Market Check" work? I mean what is the process of labour market check? Will the immigration ring my company to ask why they didn't hire the NZ residents??
