We are currently looking for experienced Full Time Property Manager to join the team at South East Auckland.
Essentials :
- Great People Skills (Will be working with team members, tenants, owners and tradesman)
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Ability to be well presented and display a high level of professionalism
- Ability to display high level of attention to detail
- Proactive in problem solving and think on your feet
- Fluent in English
- Full NZ Driver license is mandatory - Multilingual is a bonus but not mandatory
Key Duties:
- Property listings (Advertising and viewings)
- Monitoring accounts for rent arrears
- Organizing for maintenance and repairs - Inspection
