Full time We are a food packaging company with a strong presence in the industry for over 20 years. We are looking for Sales Representatives to join our Auckland team. We have offices based in Auckland, Christchurch and Hamilton. As an integral part of our business, you will be responsible for looking into sales and new business development, as well as providing great service to our existing accounts. Secondary part of the job is assisting in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse (minor portion of the morning routine). Responsibilities: Actively seek out, engage and sell to potential customers. Introduce our product and establish new relationships. Present the benefits and unique selling points of our products to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued support and business. Provide exceptional customer service and support, including prompt follow-up and resolution of any issues that arise. Gather and report on customer feedback, preferences, and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions Assist with order fulfilment including picking, packing and shipping Assist with office and warehouse support if needed Requirements: 3+ years of sales or retail experience preferred.
