We are financial services company, I am seeking a personal a Personal Assistant to support a high-performing office admin.
This is a part-time position, requiring approx. 20-25 hours per week. Our ideal candidate unnecessary have prior experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative role but should be proactive, enabling me to dedicate more time to clients by taking initiative and assuming responsibilities.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support.
- Scheduling appointments from current clients basis
- Preparing the compliance ducments
- Submit application and make claims
- Maintaining accurate client records in our database.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements: - Must good at speaking, writing and reading English( fluent)
- Good at word and excel and computer skill
- Experience with social media is advantageous.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Full time mum welcome
