**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of property leasing.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep and prompt resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Conduct market analysis to set competitive rental rates.
- Manage financial aspects, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of leasing contracts and real estate law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
