求助！！！可能会被起诉危险驾驶！！

背景：6.1日中午，我在限速90km/h的高速上行驶了159km/h. 被交警拦下，没收驾照，并给了一张单子，让我6月29日上庭。



首先 无酒驾，酒精检测含量为0
其次 当时行驶在Passing lane上。真心以为passing lane没有speed limit啊



最后 由于家中有事，早就买好了6月初回国的机票，但只买了单程的，所以想着如果很严重，就不准备回来了。

求助：
1.会被起诉为危险驾驶吗？如果成立了，对将来会有什么影响？
2.如果不会的话可能会怎么罚？如果我再不回nz了呢？

一会说不定有超速过被抓到上庭的人 给你讲解下历史。

罚款 坐牢 停驾照等等。 如果没有pr 对以后申请肯定有影响。 会有记录。

超速快100%了。。。
首先，车不错。
其次，危驾就肯定的了。。。
第三，如果可以，自己的责任自己应该承担，当然如果你想留在NZ，这会对你有很大影响。。。
第四，如果你打算回国，不上庭，那以后就来不了NZ了，会有记录，但理论上不会影响去别的国家，因为罪名还没有大到那种程度。
第五，无论怎样，开慢点，公路不是赛道，自己的命是命，别人的命更是命。。。

恩恩，准备先去问问community law center咨询一下。如果只是交罚款的话还是会交的。

所以重点还是看是被判careless还是dangerous咯

好，准备先去community law center咨询一下，不知道靠不靠谱

突然觉得自己不知道该怎么评价了。如果是开109，也许还能理解。开159，这个速度貌似只有在德国才有可能合法吧。

无论你是超车还是怎么样，这个速度都没法解释了。符合楼上某位tx的回复，你的命是命，别人的命更是命。这难道是传说中的不作死就会死的节奏么？
