说谎的律师（已经回答）

请教大律师，邻居是律师，她当面认可了的事情（没有录音），但是在手机短信的时候却矢口否认，这样的事情我们是否可以投诉她的律所或者律师协会？谢谢！

可不是嘛，没有想到人能这么不要脸，反正我是绝对做不出来的，因为就在他翻脸不认人之前，我们还给他们签了同意书，让他们的SHED 可以离FENCE超过COUNCIL 的规定，没取分文。

Shed建了没？好像没建的话还可以反悔？

you can write to law society set up the event.

1) The neighbor presents herself as a lawyer when talking to you, and you trust her because of her profession although it is in a private capacity.

2) Then you can talk about the details that lead to your misery and pain.

It is no difference between private capacity and official capacity as directly or indirectly, she will say she works as a lawyer to gain some trust from you.

But, you should not trust lawyers too much, they rank very low as almost the same as real estate agents.

这个问题比较复杂， 管制律师的规则很多， 而且你的事情肯定也不简单。比如说， 他同意的事情， 是对事实的认可， 还是答应了一个条件然后和你形成了一个合同， 还是承诺他会单方面做一个什么事情。另外她同意这件事的时候， 是否以律师的身份给你做出保证。

不一样的情况相对带来不一样的责任。
