Strawberry Jelly Cheese Cake topped with Cherry 做草莓果冻芝士蛋糕步骤,12345非常简单好做 ,不必要用烤箱,又节省电又好吃,如果想学,请联系我呀, 另外 我的新浪微薄叫“红色天鹅绒咖啡屋”,那里有很多我的美食,有时间请看一看,多提宝贵意见, 谢谢 红色天鹅绒咖啡屋 - 草莓果冻芝士蛋糕Ingredients:base:110g digestive or Ginger biscuits (about 8 pieces), chopped intofine crumbs.20g nuts & raisin
50g melted butterfilling:250g cream cheese, soften at room temperature50g full fat coconut cream100g full fat coconut cream100g full fat condensed milk
50g icing sugar1 tablespoon gelatin powder40ml boiling water1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large fresh lemon juice & zestJelly:
1/2 cup strawberry jam1 Tablespoon Clear Gelatin power
1 cup boiling water1 cup cold water1/4 tea spoon red colour
1 lemon juice
Method:1. Mix biscuit crumbs & melted butter together and pressfirmly with the help of a spoon onto the base of a 18 or 20cm spreied cake tin. Chill at least 30minutes. 2. Place gelatin powder and boiling water in a bowl. Heat a potfilled with some water until just simmering and place the bowl inside the pot.Dissolve gelatin and boiling water in the bowl & transfer to the small pan simmer for 5 mints at low heat.
3. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, coconut cream, condensed milk , icing sugar andvanilla & lemon until smooth & creamy. Blend in gelatin solution and mixwell.
4. Then pour the cheese mixture into the cake tin. Chill for at least 3 to 4 hours. 5. Then dissolve the Gelatin power in the cup of boiling water for 5 minutes,add in the cold water and thenput the in small pan at low heat for simmer for 5 or 7 minutes, then Pour the jelly then set the jelly to cold competely, then pour on the chilled ( after 4 hours) cheese mixture. Let it at least set 2 or 3 hoursbefore removing from the cake tin. you can remove the cheese cake from the blue torch or hot towel in the cake tin.
请 注意,cheese mixture 必须 cold 和 set以后,再倒入冷的jelly mixture to the set cheese mixture,
