拥有本地相关会计学位 本地1年以上财务工作经验 熟悉会计准则和相关财经税务法律法规 熟练使用xero会计系统 以及excel等工具 有合并报表经验优先 有良好的沟通能力、中英文表达能力，有较强的团队合作精神，工作认真、细致、主动、责任心强 有长期合法工作签证
职责可能包括但不限于：
1. 维护财务记录：这包括跟踪所有财务交易、核对账目以及协助准备 GST 申报表。
2.管理工资：您将负责计算员工工资，确保正确扣除税款和其他扣除额，并确保每个人都按时收到工资。
3.管理应付账款和应收账款：您需要监控和处理发票、跟踪付款并及时跟进任何逾期账款。
4.管理库存/新订单：管理订单材料-放置/跟踪/退货板和配件订单并监控库存水平。
5.具体大型项目的预算和预测，确保项目在预算内按时完成。
6.沟通：您需要与内部同事和外部供应商/客户沟通 - 英语和中文。

Salary: negotiable, higher than legal salary
Have a locally relevant accounting degree
More than 1 year of local financial work experience
Familiar with accounting standards and relevant financial and tax laws and regulations
Proficient in using xero accounting system and excel and other tools
Experience in consolidated reporting is preferred
Have good communication skills, expression skills in both Chinese and English, have strong team spirit, work conscientiously, meticulously, proactively, and have a strong sense of responsibility
Have a long-term legal work visa
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
1. Maintaining financial records: This includeskeeping track of al financial transactions, reconciling accounts,and assisting in preparingGST returns.
2.Managing payrol: You will be responsible forcalculating employee wages, ensuring that taxesand other deductions are taken out correctly, andmaking sure that everyone is paid on time.
3.Managing accounts payable and receivable: Youwil need to monitor and process invoices,trackpayments, and follow up on any overdue accountsin time.
4.Managing inventory/new orders: Manage ordermaterials-Place/track/Return boards & accesoriesorders and monitor stock levels.
5.Budgeting and forecasting for specific bigprojects,ensure projects are completed on timewithin budget.
6.Communication: you wil need to communicatewith internal co-worker and external suppliers/clients -English & Chinese.
