请教：2010-2012 VW GOLF GTI 和 GOLF R？？？

On everyday use ( Round town city driving). GTI's power brand will be a bit more useful then the R. However if you go long drive often(Motorway driving) Golf R will be a better pick.

Yes I agree with above Golf R is pretty sluggish below 2000rpm, from 2500rpm+ it is quite alive. Fuel consumption kind of suck too... 8.4L/100km is almost impossible... lot of highway, 9L, city mix, 11L.

With GTI, you might get some wheel slip in wet up hill.

Also, Golf R has high spec?  HID as standard and privacy glass and bigger wheels?

MK7 Golf R is a lot better, better exhaust note and better power band. Also spec is quite a lot higher than MK6 Golf R.

其实正好相反....高R因为4motion的介入会使得起步打滑现象大大降低（当然了关了ESP还是多少会滑）
虽然都是2.0T，但是无论从数据，性能，耐造程度来说都是高R上那台铸铁EA113来的给力些~
个人感觉花多个1W刀换套四驱和更好的悬挂其实也不亏....如果日常代步的话GTI也是足够了
