This role requires a high level of attention and proactivitywith excellent communication as you will be dealing with our worldwide customersand agents directly. This is a fast pace role with lots of variety anddiversity.


The functions of the role will include, but arenot limited to:


1.     Handlinggeneral inquiries via phone/email (external customers and intercompany).

2.     Actioningcustomer queries.

3.     Daily/Weekly/MonthlyKPI reporting.
