About the Role | 关于岗位 Weare seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team located atMangere, Auckland. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolvingpackage-related issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. If you havea passion for customer service and an eye for detail, we’d love to hear fromyou! The successful candidate will be required to work from Mon-Fri on site, 40hours per week.
Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution | 客服支持及问题处理:
Monitor and address package exceptions, manage customer complaints, and coordinate with the domestic customer service team to follow up on abnormal shipments.
监控并处理包裹异常状态,管理和解决客户投诉,并协助国内客服团队跟进异常快件。 - Claims Investigation & Communication | 主导理赔单调查及沟通:
Lead claims investigations, liaise with relevant parties, and submit compensation requests.
负责理赔案件调查,与相关方沟通,并提交赔付账单。 - Freight Adjustment Processing | 运费调整处理:
Review and process freight credit requests.
审核并处理运费减免请求。 - Online Customer Support |微信客户服务:
Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support via WhatsApp,WeChat for individual and corporate clients, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with business and operations teams.
通过微信为散单客户和月结客户提供全面的售前和售后支持,挖掘业务商机,并与业务及运营团队协作解决客户需求。 - Email Support Management | 客服公邮业务处理:
Handle and process customer inquiries received through the customer service email channel.
通过客服公邮渠道管理和处理客户业务请求。
About you| 岗位要求
- Bachelor degree and above.
全日制大专及以上学历。 - Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), with strong communication and negotiation skills.
英文和中文听说读写流利,具备良好的沟通能力和商务谈判技巧。 - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
具备客户服务相关经验,有物流或相关行业背景者优先。 - Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork.
能够独立工作,并具备良好的团队合作精神。
