请教达人几个问题：
                  1， EOI表格中的语言能力选项中第二个选项的中的时间是什么意思,是指2016/10/12号只有这个选项无效？本人level8.没雅思成绩。 我觉得是不是要选第4个。然后写解释？
1:An English language test with the required score (IELTS overall band score of 6.5 or more, Cambridge First (FCE)/FCE for Schools overall score of 176 or more, TOEFL iBT overall score of 79 or more, PTE Academic overall score of 58 or more, OET grade B or higher in all four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking))
2:Study for a recognised qualification conducted entirely in English (on and after 12 October 2016 this option is not available)
3:Current skilled employment in New Zealand for 12 months or more (on and after 12 October 2016 this option is not available)
4:Otherwise meet the minimum standard, as defined in the Guide
5:None of the above


                  2， Birth Certification Number 是国内的出生证明吗？
