About Us: Chang an South Gate is a cozy and vibrantChinese style restaurant dedicated to delivering high-quality coffee andexceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated baristato join our team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos and Chinese bubble tea.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Keep the café clean and organized, following hygiene and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Work as part of a team to maintain a friendly and efficient environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or Chinese bubble tea staff.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
