Kaimai Cheese Company Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Pinlive Foods Co., Ltd. established in 2023 and located at 2 Hawes Road, Waharoa, Matamata, Wakaito District.

Pinlive Foods was established in 1997.  Pinlive Foods was established in 1997 and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2020. It is  now a leading distributor of imported food and beverage products in China.  We hold the values of health, respect, integrity, and innovation, and we are committed to providing healthy and delicious food to the public. The biggest category of the company is dairy products, especially UHT milk. Weidendorf, a brand owned by Pinlive Foods, has been the market leader in imported liquid milk category in China for four consecutive years.

To enrich the supply chain, We acquired Kaimai Cheese in New Zealand in 2023, which marks a significant milestone for Pinlive Foods. This new plant of ours is currently under renovation and is expected to put into production in mid of 2025. Now we are recruiting talents locally in New Zealand. 工作职责：

1. 全面负责新西兰工厂的运营管理工作，落实岗位责任制和工作标准，制定并完善工厂各项规章制度，落实集团公司的相关制度流程要求；
2. 负责工厂的安全管理工作，落实安全责任，消除安全隐患，确保人员，财产安全；
3. 负责监督落实工艺要求及质量管理体系，保障产品质量；
4. 负责工厂生产计划的制订和生产任务的安排，完成销售订单需求；
5. 负责工厂前期的组织结构搭建及运营过程中人员管理工作；
6. 按照要求代表公司负责新西兰工厂对外协调工作；
7. 完成公司领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：
1. 有UHT牛奶生产管理经验，了解设备及工艺流程；

2. 参与过工厂初期的建设，厂房布局，设备调试等；
3. 3年以上工厂管理经验，熟悉国内外乳制品相关质量规范及要求；
4. 认真负责，善于沟通，乐观积极，喜欢挑战；

5. 团队管理能力强；
6. 中英文口语及书面表达流利。
