Job Description:

We are seeking a highly efficient and motivated Customer Representative proficient in both English and Mandarin to join our team. This is a remote working role that requires excellent communication skills in both languages and strong PC skills. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in English and Mandarin.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
