In total, 366,159 people were getting the accommodation supplement, across all types of housing.

A single parent of two children earning $1500 a week, with a mortgage of $1000 a week, could qualify for accommodation supplement of about $90 a week

My normal job income is not high.

It is the rental income...

Anyway, send more money on repair & maintenance will get it balanced out.

Then sell them for good CG.
