This role is a growth role with room to progress. The role as well as standard compliance is focussed on providing advisory with a real focus on assisting clients to develop their businesses and build wealth. Clients are feely large and diversified and offer technical challenge. They include larger private organisations, companies, individuals, trusts, groups and small listed companies. The role include developing your managerial ability as you gain confidence in managing less experienced staff and their job objectives.

The ideal person for this role will be outgoing and have a clear career direction in business services with the motivation to succeed in the field. You just enjoy challenge, can meet deadlines and have polished written and verbal communication skills.

Other criteria involves:

• CA qualified with a minimum of 3.5 - 4+ years BAS experience pref in a mid tier or Big 4 CA firm
• Have experience in a range of accounting systems and can consult as such to clients
• Experienced in the preparation of financial statements, FBT, GST & other tax compliance and have supervised staff

看看这个要求，，再看人家给的年薪，6.5k+

是不是现在世道太差了？ca就值这点钱吗？还这麽多乱七八糟要求，还要四大出来的。。。
那我还费半天劲考他干吗？！

打广告好像是因为有个雇用方面的条款吧？

为了表面上体现出公平竞争，免得被人说这公司的雇佣规定不合规则之类的。

有CA并不代表SALARY就一定能达到多少呀. 拿CA是一个时间问题, 只要坚持不放弃, 应该没有人拿不到的. 要SALARY高是个人综合能力问题. 知道一个公司的CFO, 年薪100+, 拿了个ACA, 就没拿了.

3年前，华人会计师楼，CA只给4万5，每天工作10-12小时，没有加班费

i think it's fair. that is 65K + ,it's a minimum. could be more depends on experience. to get a CA, at least you've been working towards it for 3 years, so it's just for new CA members. if you've got more than 5 years experience, definitely should be more than 65K

After tax and ACC levy, etc... there is not much left anyway, the before tax figure is just an illusion.....

Accountants here should know much better than me....
