关于换永久回头违章超速如何填表的事？

在Section G里面要在哪一个里面写yes?

我完全忘记了之前了，有一次在高速被警察栏下来说我在用手机，大概是2011年的事情，可是我忘了他只是警告我一下还是给我开了罚单。。。一点也想不起来了。。

还有一张超速的罚单，在一条50限速的路上，可能超速个6公里？也完全不记得什么时候的事情了

还有一张罚单是警察封路临检。。。真是倒霉。。我当时拿着leaner 驾照，车上没有L牌子，罚了150。。

其他的真完全像不起来了。。。也不知道还有没有

那么下面这些我应该在那个写yes?

1. convicted of an offence (including a traffic offence)'committed within the last five years, invoving dangerous driving, including drunk driving (driving with a blood or breath alcohol content in excess of a specified limit) or driving having consumed drugs?           yes or no ?

2. charged with, convicted of or investigated for any offences committed (including traffic or driving offences)since being granted NZ residence , or while on a temporary visa or when          yes or no?

老实回答，记不起来时间的就写个大概时间，移民局通过police都能查到的，一般轻微违法行为是不会影响你的申请的。除非是需要上庭的违法行为。不写也行，可能也没有什么事情就通过了，但如果你的违法行为太多（比如罚单太多），那也有可能会被认为品德有问题，如果需要你解释，可能会耽误申请进度。 所以我建议老实回答。

是吗？我之前learn驾照，旁边没人陪我，被警察罚了100刀，上个月超速6KM被电子眼拍到，罚了30刀。 这些都不用写吗？那申请永久PR的时候， G部分那里，写No就行啦？好担心
