请教下问工作的问题~

如果直接去某家公司里去问工作，而对方的第一句回应就是‘对不起，我们不缺人’，小弟想请教下，怎样回应才能让对方选择interview自己试试看？

why don't you look at it from employer's perspective? If they don't have any vacancy and aren't hiring, why should they waste time interviewing you? (i.e. if they aren't looking, no matter what you say to them they won't interview you)

要 与众不同.... 才会得到 与众不同 的对待，eg.本来不招人的也留你试试。

具体就靠个人发挥了。

我做了4份工作, 只有現在這份工作人家打廣告招人, 其他都是自己走入他們辦公室.

Different company may have a very different way of hiring people, HR is normally the people you need to talk to, if they really don't have a vacancy, you can try to talk to them or email them to put you on their waiting list, and email to check every month. (But this normally won't work quite well, unless you are really capable at communicating)

the best way is to find the vacancy through recruiting agency, and build a good relationship with them, because they are paid if they successfully recruit someone for other companies. So, if you are a talent, they want you in order to earn.

As you said you are looking for an internship, this really depends on what you do. ...different occupations end up differently when it comes to internship...
