Aboutthe role:

You will beresponsible for:

·    Liaising with our local supplier partners to facilitatetheconfirmation of our bookings.

·    Ensuring ongoing communication with our overseastradepartners and individual customers in a timely manner, mindful of thetimedifferences.

·    Creating travel experiences for our clients andtheircustomers to enjoy.

·    Preparing customised itineraries to suit theclients’preferences and budget.

·    Issuing invoices for our overseas trade partnersandindividual customers

·    Coordinating with local tour guides, drivers andoverseas tourescorts to ensure a smoothy operation.

To besuccessful in this role, you will have:

TechnologyProficiency: Familiarity with social media development and digital marketingtools.

CommunicationSkills: Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships withstakeholder, suppliers, and team members. Ability to communicate effectivelywith customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.

NegotiationSkills: Strong negotiation skills for securing favourable contracts withpartners and suppliers. Ability to negotiate pricing and terms to maximizeprofitability.

CustomerService Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability toaddress customer needs and concerns effectively.

Adaptability:Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in the market, industryregulations, and unforeseen challenges.

Problem-SolvingSkills: Effective problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise inoperations, customer service, or partnerships.

OrganizationalSkills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, anddeadlines simultaneously.

LanguageSkills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Priority will be given to those who can speak Cantonese or Southeast Asian regional languages.

Visa requirment: Legal work right in New Zealand.
