Assistant Accountant
We are a construction company located in East Auckland.
About the Role:
· Preparing and sending client invoices · Recording bills in Xero · Managing accounts receivable and following up payments promptly · Filing documents · Payroll · Reports · Other accounts or administration duties as required
Requirement:
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication in English and Mandarin · Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills · 2 years experience as similar position · Familiar with Construction Industry and Xero are advantage · Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients · PR or Citizen.
